kizaru tries to use yata no kagami, turning into a beam of light to pass by rayliegh. Rayliegh intercept with his sword, and kizaru stops. Why? had kizaru bean an untouchable beam of light like you said, passing by him should be easy in light form. You can say the slash appears on his face in the collision of swords all you want (even though ray's sword doesnt even get near him there) but there's no explanation for why he stopped if he couldn't be touched in that state. it's a bit more clear in manga, but ya.

Crocodile almost killed Luffy twice. Aokiji beat luffy and all the Straw hats. Kuma defeated all the straw hats. Luffy couldn't do much against Aokiji or Kuma..

Luffy vs Smoker goes to : Smoker. I don't ever see Luffy overcoming this guy. It's a hobby of Luffy's to RUN away from Smoker as we saw in the Alabasta Arc.

i think luffy is around vice-admiral level in strength after the time-skip. not admiral yet but near the top
and this fight could go both ways. don't forget that smoker uses seastone, haki or not if he pins luffy with it he's done for

Franky needs to get on the seastone trickery.. If he can figure that one out he can turn the crew into a serious ass kicking machine.
Zoro probably wouldn't need it for long or at all as I can see him hitting logias real soon. Even if it's not with full effect right away, I can see him grazing an elemental ass or two already.
Sanji won't be that far behind Zoro either. Especially if he thinks the crew tits are in any real danger
