You can't have a section for Taiwanese drama and not have Meteor Garden and Mars up. That's blasphemy!!! Ok, I haven't seen Mars, lol, but I hear it's really good.

I've been watching Wish To See You Again. It came out earlier this year and stars Vic Zhou and Ken Zhu (2 members of F4) who were in MG. Vaness Wu (another F4 from MG) is in it too but he's yet to make an appearence. The drama has finished airing but the subs aren't done. There are only 6 episodes up. So far I'm enjoying it despite the lead actresses poor acting. The girl sucks the air out the room. It also stars King One Wang.

lol im not really a tdrama watcher so Blueembraces is adding them. Obviously they will be up soon :P

fair enough i did however enjoy the basketball movie in the taiwnese section you should get more like that.

WTSYA is finally done. It was good, but I hated the end. That girl's acting never got better.

I love MARS, The manga the live action! Fell in in with Vic Zhou after watching MARS not so much on Meteor Garden...

MARS is a good drama in my opinion, always oscillating between very good and depressing, though. The chemistry between the main leads is undeniable (I think they were a couple in real life at the time), but in general they played a little too much on the macabre for my taste. When you think you have a little respite, here comes the next gothic/horror blow...
Overall acting is excellent. And his friend (can't remember the name) was by far my favourite character in the drama.

I also tried Wish to see you again, but I stopped a couple of episodes before the ending. I can't remember what triggered my annoyance, perhaps it just became too mushy for my taste.
