The newer episodes tend to make me laugh more. I know The Simpsons isn't the funnies (as in laughing with it) cartoon, but the amount of background jokes, or just smart jokes is really refreshing as opposed to some thing in South Park or Family Guy (though then on the other hand they are refreshing from intelligence ^.^)
Too bad it's over now, and even lamer they all run at the same time and then stop at the same time.

Haven't seen a new one in ages? 17 may was the last one. o.O

And idk, Umagon, they usually start in September or perhaps earl October I think.

During the upcoming 21st season, HOMER (Dan Castellaneta) is cast as the lead in a new comic book feature film adaptation and hires fitness trainer LYLE MCCARTHY (guest voice Seth Rogen) to whip him into shape for the part, while BART (Nancy Cartwright) learns there is a better prankster in school and vows to take him down. In the annual “Treehouse of Horror” trilogy, the family fights to survive a zombie outbreak, Bart and LISA (Yeardley Smith) become entangled in a murder scheme and Homer’s blood becomes the secret ingredient in MOE’s (Hank Azaria) new beer.

Guest stars paying Springfield a visit next season include Seth Rogen (who also co-wrote the episode to which he lends his voice), Jonah Hill, Neve Campbell and Anne Hathaway. Additionally, Jackie Mason returns as RABBI KRUSTOFSKY, KRUSTY THE CLOWN’s (Castellaneta) father.
