Character Commission Center [The CCC]

So I have nothing better to do until Feb. I asked myself," Why not open up a "free" Commission center on AC?" Everything done here will be free of charge, and full colored if possible.

Character are usually completed within a weeks time after the request has been approved.

Meh, its not bad, really just need to practice, grab a random manga page off the manga sites and try to overlap the lines with it, then stroke path with the brush . and practice cell shading and coloring after outline is done :3
