So, because I reeeeeaaaaalllly want firefly to subscribe to this thread and because I'm feeling rather exuberant right now, I decided at long last to make my own art thread with everything ranging from my wondrous artwork to hopefully some beginner's sigs. Hope you enjoy and let's see if I can properly upload my pictures on here. So let's begin, shall we?

Let me open with a little body/mind theory. I like drawing simple little comics every now and then.

I'm gonna be trying my luck with sigs at some point, although I must admit, I'm a dead beginner.

They look wonderful. One tip of advice, don't be afraid to use more darks. I've noticed on a few that darker shadows/shades could really bring out the pieces. My favorite of the bunch is the last one. I love how you created the illusion of the guy staring off into the distance. Good use of shading in that one. I look forward to seeing more work from you!!

You got some nice stuff..... I would say still to refine some of your shapes and colours maybe, not that I can do them better... but its a thing that everyone can always improve upon.... ^^

like the split 1 best.... (good vs Ev0l???)
Blue and red colours.... realy good piece....

Keep at it....

I do take requests. If it's from an anime, I need a reference of some sort though.

Thanks for the tip. I'll be sure to keep that in mind when I do more colouring and shading. Yeah, the last one is definitely my favourite, too. Pencil is my favourite medium.

Thanks for the tips. I find digital art to be a little challenging and mostly use it when I'm putting some cheesy comics together.

I know what you mean, I find it to be challenging as wel, and its quite hard to get higher up in skill with it as wel I think, takes alot of practice and time to make something good.... (worked on a new project, and I took about 9 hours on the lines alone.... will prolly be like a tatoo style work.... something different from my previous...)

And sure, I can appreciate anything that is selfmade....

So I'm thinking I'll start taking requests because I really don't know what to draw next. I'm gonna keep a max of 10 entries for now so I don't get overwhelmed if there's a lot of you making requests. Let me know what you'll like to see and I'll try to draw it.
