Ok Resident Evil Fans, RE5 is scheduled to hit shelves this friday in North america, i'm not sure on the european date and i'm sure Japan already has it. So what are you expecting of it? do you think it'll have some actually scary moments in it? RE 4 was good but i didn't find too many things scary in it (aside from the sound of a chainsaw being revved up with Dr. Salvador nowhere in sight

)

I'm expecting this game to be great, it won't be as ground-breaking as 4, but it will probably be the best of the series for me.

i played the demo, and it sucked. the dude walks too slow. and to aim at the zombies kinda takes forever.

not renting or buying

I think its going to be sick. It won't be scary, Resident evil really hasn't been scary since the first one, and even then it was mostly just creepy. As long as it doesn't deviate from the great formula that made 4 so awesome I think it will kick major ass.

RE5 is over rated. it changed, its not a action horror no more its a shooter which is really disapointing. If i had money to spare i would buy it but i dont.

Meh, I've been playing it at a friends house and it's not as good as I thought it was gonna be. I can deal with the never having ammo thing cause it's always been like that, but the movement, 1 player AI (coop is more fun), and the general gameplay. I'm really disappointed cause I really love RE. Oh well, what do you guys think?
