dont worry they nerfed his mana to damage ratios

buuuuuuuuuuut

they increased his ap ratios so now if you go pure glass cannon with massive ap
your E is basicly a brand ult on super short cool down

Riot really fails to understand the meaning of 'nerf'... Also the meaning of a 'tank'.

His laning phase early was changed. The range on his Q was lowered so he can no longer poke vs short ranged casters, its all or nothing now. Not that he is or ever was bad at this, just the poke option was taken away.
His mid game damage got lowered quite a bit, like 15-20min his damage is very low till he completes at least one ROA, and building a banshee's veil is now a significant loss of damage vs building ROA

lets say you see two people near each other and you use E

if all hits do hit, that means one person is hit 3 times and the toher person 2 times

the one hit three times takes like 1200 damage and the other one takes 800 damage

combined thats 2000 damage from one ability >.>

and thats without using r

The numbers looks somehow ridiculous
Anyway,I have to try Ryze out in order to see if he is nerfed or buffed
