They don't because the english print JUST got off the ground in Singapore. But this game is getting a TON of player support so I think its only a matter of time before it gets mass-retailed.

I'm lucky because my locals supports it and gets regular shipments now that practically all of the Yugioh players also play Vanguard. lol
