why is it that even though i cant understand what they are saying in japanese i find that Naruto and most other anime are better in jap... their voice actors have a way higher caliber of emotions... and you dont have to hear naruto run around goin "believe it" .... just my opinion.... plus i love few classic phrases that u dont hear in english ... Iditakimasu... guy-sensi Leeeeeeeeee.... we need to go on strike and demand new voice actors... mainly narutos char...

^yea its true the are horrible voice actors have u ever heard the one piece american voice actors i almost died , japanese just makes the show better

All dubbings are like that. What they do is just translate, and almost never act.
subtitles are 10000 times better.

yawn natural bias, since you can;t understand what they are saying you assume they are doing a better job than the english actors, where the english actors actually have a much tougher job.

Some english voice actors are of course poor but so are some of the japanese voice actors.

Well i watched Polish dubbed Naruto, and belive me, my cat would make better Jiraiya voiceover.
I also watched Naruto in english - also did suck.

The fact is, that television that makes dubbing has about 4-5 regular voice actors, they never have the choise to select the most suited voice to char. Its allways one of these few.
In Polish Naruto, 1 person voiced Iruka, Zabuza, Mizuki, 3rd Hokage.
Another person shared Temari and Hinata.

I prefer hinata and kakashi in english

Also trinity blood, hellsing, Elfen Lied, gundam wing all have better english dubs. Death note I find 50/50. But I agree that many of the main actors for naruto are not very good. They need mark hamil

I dont really like the regular episodes in english, But id sure love to see shippuden in english.

u know whats worse that english voices?? SPANISH voices.. its sooo..... NOT its like a disgrace!!!
