im at the req post amount for an avatar but i dont know how to put one up

Try logging out and logging back in.

i logged out logged back in
and i go to Edit Avatar
and it shows no way of adding one

welll im not an expert but maybe you have chcked the allow avatar button in there....

it dont show the option to click on allow avatar..

I guess the system has some lag time, i had to manually allow you to have an avy
