eat cake!!!! Thats what my roomate does! He eats sweets until and his crave goes away. Or try something else. Like video games or reading.

i know how u feel i quit 2 years ago....its hard i know just try taking ur mind off it by doing something else, make sure your hands are busy !

Thanks lost I will try!!! Its just so hard because everytime im on AC I feel like a cigg lol. I will get through it though!!! Its only been 4 hrs since I stopped and its bad!! When I get home Denpachi will be smoking in front of me too lol so I will have to kick him out of my room now! :P
