Everyone lookls down on him becouse he has a freaking mutated arm.
Look at Kisame - he is a sharkman. Think noone very looked down on him, becouse he isnt a junchuuriki ?

IF it was cuz he a jinchuriki then how come naruto and gaara dont have mutated arms...?

Hmm, well all the Jinchuuriki have markings resembling there tailed demon. Gaara has the rings around his eyes (also due to his insomnia) and Naruto has the markings on his face. Maybe Sora's demon has a screwed up arm. ^_^
