I think it would be an awesome anime, also if you look at the story now there is a lot less disney, and it has a whole lot more final-fantasy-esque plot. I've played every game so far; can't wait for BBS!

kingdom hearts an anime...? it sounds good but without some key charters the series would not be the same.

On the other foot, it could make a really horrible anime.

It all depends on who's at the helm.

It would be a struggle fitting the game into a linear format, but they did it for the manga (although it can be debated as to how well) and other, tougher game stories have been adapted with equitable success. If they had a good budget and a solid studio to take it up, I'd say there's good potential.

And why remove the Disney characters? They're an integral part of the experience.

KH was a wonderful game, both of them, but it would be wise to just let it stay at being games.....In my opinion...

I agree. If it becomes an anime it would be overexposed and take the excitement out of the games.

Kingdom Hearts? "Overexposed?" We are talking about the same game franchise here, right? You know, the one that's almost invariably on every gaming site's annual "Best Games" list both in Japan and overseas? The one with the sequel that attained NDP status as "Highest Selling Console-based Game"? Hm. I must be mistaken. After all, that Kingdom Hearts has been rather well exposed, in my amateur opinion.
