well if ichigo's hollow takes over in the fight against Aizen we'll diffently get to see Aizen's ban-kai without a doubt and i seriously doubt even that would help him.

I don't think Ichigos hollow has seen Aizens blade. But anyway, Tousen being the only one able to avoid his illusions, hes going to play a huge role in killing Aizen, by betraying him.

not rly there are many other ways but that is the quickest way.(my favorite way would be gin betraying Aizen and killing him lol that would be as funny as hell!!)
