i dont understand why this is even a discussion,

hollow ichigo, zangetsu, and conscious ichigo, are all facets of ichigo's soul. they are all the same person, of course their power is the same. this is like the second thread ive had to say this on today.

Zangetsu and Ichigo may be one and the same. But his hollow is not. Its a completley different being with its own conscious mind that was driven deep into his soul.

ichigo's hollow said that zangetsu and him are one.

a hollow by deffinition is just all the hate and malice and shittiness that takes over a persons soul. it may have its own personality, but its still a part of ichigo's soul.
