look at the bit when they talk about the vasto lorde the thing in the back looks just like him but with a full helmet

Ichigo looks like Kaien, but hes not.. Doesn't mean anything, I don't think Ulquiorra is a vasto.

Ichigo does look like Kaien at points but they are not the same at all.
Also look at episode 115 when they describe the vasto lorde the silhouette's head looks like Ulquiorra's but with two horns instead of one. there is evidence to suggest that he is a vasto lorde
