Since a cero isn't in solid form, you can't really compare it to a dagger, because a dagger has a much higher density than a cero, meaning that you can't have two daggers with the same dimensional coordinates.
Ceros on the other hand, can overlap because of their density, creating somewhat of a constructive interference, since we know cero has both particle and wave nature.
Sadly, my logic is based on physics.

I think it would be interesting if Ichigo's hollow was somehow using Zangetsu to "eat" hollow when Ichigo defeats them. That would explain how Ichigo continues to reach these new plateaus of power at a consistent rate. This would also explain how the new form that Ichigo transforms into looks much more humanoid than the form he took while defeating his hollow under the supervision of the Vizard.

All I know is that Ichigo and the combination of his inner hollow are a considerable fighting force, and apparently represent a well that has obviously not been tapped just yet. It may seem ludicrous for someone like him to constantly "one-up" his enemies all the time, but with proper cause and reason, it may make logical sense with the help of another party (his hollow).

I never used the word probable so I don't see how you an come up with that conclusion and that brings me to the arrogant statement. You're putting words in my mouth and normally I'm not exactly friendly. I mean do you expect me to not get even worse when you're putting words into my mouth?

This seems like one of the more plausible explanations for Ichigos rapid growth. Correct me if im wrong, but arent a zanpakto and a hollow two separate entities? Even though they are part of Ichigo as a shinigami, there has been no evidence to suggest they work together. For something like this to occur it would have to be a conscious effort between the two. It is clear that zangetsu and Ichigo's hollow are aware of the others prescence, and even that they know each other to a certain extent. But for the zanpakto to "eat" the hollow would require a slightly different effect when Ichigo kills a hollow, like a dissolution and transfer to the blade. This could be delibarate though, so it is not shown in the manga/anime, and the story writers could be saving this as a plot twist. Another theory for his constant growth in power is that he is the main character, and in pretty much any anime the main character always develops through difficult battles (e.g. Dragonball Z, Naruto, Inuyasha etc.).
The form that Ichigo took when he was defeating his inner hollow was probably because the energy he was releasing was completely his hollows, rather than a combination of his energy and the hollow. This was shown by him still holding tensa zangetsu in a semi hollow form. It was probably more of the hollow energy, because Ichigo was pretty much dead! Hole in the chest anyone?

I want to know how he is gonna be able to get that form back, maybe stabbing himself through the heart while wearing the mask?

Arrogance is the furthest you can go from acceptance, something you've showed.
You will probably not accept my explanations, and if you can't accept that I might be right, you won't bother to try to understand what I say.

If I were to explain, I'd have to write a whole lot, using up time I can spend somewhere else, and frankly, your argumentation didn't make you interesting enough to make me want to spend that amount of time.

Anyway H-Ichigo said it himself that he is part of zangetsu. Zangetsu himself is a mystery, and H-Ichigo was seen forming part of zangetsu's cloak.
