oooh that is a tough one....byakuya if we were speaking technically since itachi probably cant see him....in a real fight...probably byakuya....he doesnt really need to look at itachi's eyes and he can just use kido to stop him from moving

my vote goes to itachi he would win because of genjutsu if not he would burn byakuya with amaterasu

That was a really difficult decision but I came down to Itachi. The fight played out in my head like this: Byakuya whips out Bankai, Senbonzakura is chasing Itachi around, Itachi uses his Genjutsu and traps Byakuya with his Sharingan. Then Itachi jumps and throws a kunai right to his throat.
