Yea, no matter how much contact he has, he wouldn't of believed a word of what he was saying, until the scene were Aizen leaves for HM. Kisue was passed off as the guy who was doing the experiments, and was sentanced to banishment, so why would Yama, believe or even listen to anything he says?
