Yeah but Ichigo's fight with Grimmjow definetely made him stronger.

when ichigo lost to ulquiorra the first time he gained an immense amount of strength after orihme healed him thats how he used his mask for alot longer against the final ichi grim battle, so ulquiorra will have a tougher time fighting him now

Ulquiorra's a friggen armadillo or some kind of rat. Hes over played, in my opinion. I would of like to have seen more espada get screen time, or even an espada flashback story.
But I don't believe hes a Vasto. Theres a small population of vasto, and I believe the top three are a huge chunk of that. Considering his mask fragment left over is "animal-esque" he was an adjuchas.

Now Nnitorias an espada worth showing off!
