Kenpachi, he as a captain cant controll cap his own reitatsu. Unlike other captains, his reit dont just leech, but burst out, like he were on purpouse trying to release it.
Also due to spiritual pressure he cant keep his zanpaktou in its base form (i bet he would want it, he would get weaker and have longer fights), its allways in shikai (he will prolly achive bankai, just by spiritual pressure, not some training, or calling zanpaktou out)

Uhm id have to say Aizen, by a LOOOOOONG shot. Kenpachi BARELY defeated Nnoirtra, the fifth Espada; whilst Aizen could pwn Grimmjow just by looking at him and exerting reiatsu effortlessly.

yeah but you see the thing with Kenpachi fighting is he doesnt want to win he wants the fights to last long
