I'm also a fan of the opening to Neon Genesis Evangelion the Directors cut version with the kickin solo in it I think its only on the cd though.

I love the Uverworld openings. The ones i know of are;
Colours Of The Heart - Blood +
Gekidou - D Gray Man
and
D Technolife - Bleach
I also really like the Wolf's Rain opening, Stray, dunno who the artist is though, and same with that song Allen plays in the ark in D Gray Man (I think it's called Musician but not sure)
