There's lots of threads around but unfortunately I can classify 99% as fanboy.
The other 1% are rather good and I classify them as "Ballin'/whewt's".

Anyway, fanboy or not they're all rather serious, so on a brighter note, here's a cheers to Orihime's powers.

If she can defy God and change reality then that brings about the awesome formula:
When "n" is Orihime's power and "x" is anything
n+x = Ice cream

Anywho, onto the main feature, if you were Orihime, what would YOU do?

But with this power comes the:
"I wish for more wishes"
"You can't do that"
"Ok I wish for more genies" scenario.
There's so much possiblity, I'd have to make gravity "optional" for one, and you can't neglect your personal fountain of youth, nor your ability to take steroids without shrinkage.

Sorry but her power is to reject anything, not change anything. All she can do is change things back to the way they were before.

If she did have the power to change things she would just make Ichigo want her and none of the bad guys would exist. end of bleach right there.

And if i had the power to change things (which is what I think you were asking) I would just make everyone follow my every command... I would just have to be very careful and specific in my commands.

Excuse me. But perhaps you don't know the definition of reject:
1. To refuse to accept, submit to, believe, or make use of.
2. To refuse to consider or grant; deny.
3. To refuse to recognize or give affection to (a person).
4. To discard as defective or useless; throw away. See Synonyms at refuse1.
5. To spit out or vomit.
6. Medicine To resist immunologically the introduction of (a transplanted organ or tissue); fail to accept as part of one's own body.

If I reject gravity, I change it, I take it away. To reject doesn't mean to reverse, it means to refuse to submit to, or to deny. If you can deny something and make it so that you don't HAVE to submit to it, you change it. Essentially, she can do anything.

As Aizen stated, Inoue's power isn't to reverse time, it is to defy God's will and change reality as she pleases.

Actually reject is the incantation, its a generalization of anything shes doing. Whether it be defending, attacking, or healing.

She has the ability to return things back to a previous time, as drzorba said. Return the dead, back to life. Return the dormant hougyoku back to a state of being active, or even back to the basics and destroy it. Create a nonexistant arm, that once existed, and heal wounds.

To return something to a previous state, she can't deny gravity, unless at one point in time, gravity didn't exist.

vezryl you had a smart post but I still think you misunderstand her power she cannot change things to how she would like them to be,she can reverse time in that light bubble and make it back to the way it was before just like whewt said only in a much more complicated way xD
