What did I think of the movie? Su-ba-ra-shiii!! In fact, this one makes it seem as if Memories & Diamond Dust were somehow just like practice runs in preparation for Fade to Black. Unlike my experiences with both of the first 2 movies, I did not find myself drifting off or bored for even one moment of Fade to Black. The pacing was great, the storyline was interesting, and YES I always love to see a shikai & bankai release frenzy, & this one was the best one yet.

The opening scene was pretty amusing as well - Captain Looney-Tunes Kurotsuchi going 5150, and Kenpachi asking him, "You finally lost it?" And how about that mega-boss everyone has to fight at the end? That was....soo kewl!! The animation was top-notch throughout, too. All in all, I am QUITE satisfied with this flick on the whole. Well, that is, except...it'll be nice to see the subs when thry're not quite as rushed as these ones were - it's clear to me, anyways, that all the minor translation/grammatical/spelling & plain old typo errors were simply because the subs were put out in such a hurry - & the effort is nonetheless much appreciated.

Viz just opened a movie theatre complex here in San Francisco called New Age - and I have to say, not only will Ihave no problem paying the $10 to go see Fade to Black on the big screen -- I can't wait till they show it!!!

I WANT TO BE HISAGI"S LOVE SLAVE -- oopsie, that just slipped out....I think it's tinme for bed or something...
