It was released in Japan on December 13, 2008. Is it not able to be translated yet or has it not been put out to DVD yet? It's been almost 6 months since the Japan release.....how long do they plan on making us wait?  |

Well, that's been the standard for all I know, ten months(give or take 1) from theatres to dvd release. It's been pretty accurate so far with Bleach/Naruto movies, dunno about OP
