In the anime and manga, where that Privaron Espada attempts to attack Nel and Ichigo holds her while slipping into his bankai and asks the guy if he has no shame. I think that's perhaps my favourite part. The whole episode where he tells Nel that he won't let a single shred of spiritual energy get past him =)

The first time Ichigo used his Hollow Mask intentionally in a fight, where he Getsuga'ed Grimmjow from both sides... love that part  Bleach 232 Page 13 |

When Ichigo totally murderstomped Ulqy with his second hollow mask form. Seriously I have never seen a good guy rape a bad guy of considerable power so hard before. Usually even if the good guy is 10000000x more powerful the battle is drawn out through 50 chapters.

The best moment i watched in bleach, was when ichigo fight grmmjow in hueco mondo and when finally orihime decide to support him , then ichigo recover his self esteem and grab grimmjow's hand and whit his mask half broken ,he tell to grimmjow "i'm not allowed to take any more damage than this". i don't know about that, i mean when hisagi shows his shekai was high on my list but Spoiler that is awesome
