Besides "she got stabbed get close enough" isn't really a solid defence, I believe a certain captain did the exact same thing to take out another captain. I believe the captain who got stabbed is one of the most powerful shinigami in Soul Society and isn't considered weak for it...who would that be i wonder? Oh yeah, Kenpachi. See you all look for ways to say one person is weak, "She had to get stabbed to win" is an argument for why Rukia is weak to you people, but "Kenpachi had to get stabbed to win" is frequently used to denote his power and stamina in battle. Double standards says I. You all call Rukia weak when she used the same tactics as Kenpachi in an equally effective way. This whole "Women are weaker" argument, it's not because they're portrayed that way, it's because of how you choose to percieve the situation.

Well you have to admit that's not the same! You can't compare Rukia's and Zaraki's tactics! Kenpachi always get stabbed cause he don't mind it, he sometimes doesn't even try to dodge!! Rukia got stabbed and used her position to slash #9. It was a good decision, that one, but she didn't fight very well aginst that espada... it seems more a lucky strike!

Kenpachi couldnt hit Tousen independantly, so Kenpachi used Tousen's attack in order to keep him still so HE could attack. Rukia couldn't hit Aaroniero independantly, so Rukia used Aaroniero's attack in order to keep him still do SHE could attack. Where's the difference? I'm not seeing it, both were unable to overcome the situation without sustaining injury, so they took the injury and won.

Well, the fight between Tousen and Kenpachi isn't an ordinary Zaraki's fight; here he could only do that, in order to find Tousen. Rukia were overwhelmed by Aaroniero, and she got the opportunity to hit him while stabbed... it's not the same, the espada wasn't blinding every sense of rukia, she simply wasn't able to hit him because he was stronger than her. But I repeat: in that case, she did a good spot. I don't agree with your generalization, putting Rukia and Kenpachi on the same level, and because personally hate her lol. Really she used her power for the first time against D Roy, and that was the problem with her: she wes pretty useless in over 100 eps, after all

I think the biggest difference between the two is that for Zaraki, it was a tactical decision. He knew that he could sustain some injury and still win the battle. Whereas Rukia knew she had lost the fight, allowing herself to be stabbed to gain leverage was a last ditch effort to take the Aeroniero down with her. In Pokemon terms, Zaraki used Double Edge, and Rukia used Self Destruct.
