Yeah that might be the case but it wouldnt fit in, how would nami come from all the way sky island to impel down and on top of that get through the gates let alone does she even have the guts to go to impel down lol well maybe but even so i dont think that was nami well see what happens though.

Perhaps she is but i think she isnt cuz lola told us her mother is at the new world, and ivankov has been imprisoned at impel down for quite a while.

Iva ate the "Gyaku gyaku fruit" (I assume the reversal fruit?).
Luffy wants to save Ace, but is in pretty severe pain.
If the recovery process is sped up/hurried, Luffy will die.
Iva gives/shows haki and the pirate king's name
The recovery will take about six hours
As a side effect, Luffy becomes a girl and in Domino's clothes saves Ace (or goes to save Ace, I guess)
