The marines only know that he was on Gold Roger's ship and his like a brother to Shanks based on these two facts + "being the mastermind behind the mass break out" Idd say it can be over 100m or even more

I think with his new bounty and crew, he's gonna gain a lot of power
even if he "himself" isn't strong, he'll gain a lot of military power

I'm sure he'll get stronger eventually to...I don't see him being a serious rival to luffy
but I doubt he'll stay the weak coward he is

Yes he will have a strong crew thats for sure .. and all the prisoners should be alot stronger the they where when they entered ID .. I mean all of the torturing must have given them great endurance etc...

as long as he doesn't suddenly WTFPWN everything out of nowhere naruto/bleach-style i think buggy should get a slight power-up
i wonder how strong the rest of the prisoners are btw, i guess that most of those who survived were in the lowest levels of impel down, which makes them pretty powerful
i hope we see some new DF and a couple of cool abilities
