naruto is for little kids. People that One Piece is for little kids haven't seen it. I seen Naruto and IT IS WAY more childish. What kind of a kid can beat up grown up ninjas that have been doing ninja stuff for their entire lives. It appeals to kids cuz kids want to beat up grown ass adults which they can't. So if they Naruto or some other little kid in it doing it they get hope. Which is why they like him so much.

Gotta agree with 12 year old kiddies picking up on all ninja adults aside Kakashi, Asuma, Gai, Kurenai and Kages. Even Kabuto that was beating Tsunade got beaten by Naruto...

Or Shukaku, whitch is feared by WHOLE Sand village including Kazekage, yet Naruto with Gamabunta - a regular summon champion (as the super snake for Orochimaru) beats him down.
Or other tailed beast that at their full power gets pwned by 2 Akatsuki members (that later gets owned by Asuma-team and Kakashi-team) ownes 2 tailed like theres no tomorrow.
Or 8-tailed "dying" from single Ameratsu, while Itachi barelly escaped from Jiraiya's jutsu with it.

nice job on not even reading my post choosey. You must feel the need to contradict yourself by saying Naruto is childish, when in fact One Piece has much more childish "features".

One Piece is not childish, nor an anime for kids. Its so sick, kids after watching it will climb walls without drug support - now that proving its not Childish (lol).
As for Naruto - well it got chars many kids want to be like. Look that EMO is so cool, i want to wear like him and sharingan every bully, but 1st in need to get out of this locker

Lost all respect for Naruto after Sasuke once again gaining super powers, leaving sage techniques, Bijuu (strongest existances in the world) and propabilly all Kage's far behind.

I'll admit that the original Naruto series is childish but the continuation is more mature. It's a lot more serious, and it's straying away from the "comedy central" theme that it used to have. My little brother wouldn't like Shippuuden like he likes the original.

Mostly all anime is made for all ages, the only animes you would call childish are Digimon, Pokemon and others which were created mainly for younger viewers, not saying that it's unusual for older people to watch them.
So isn't it a bit stupid discussing which series are childish?

Shippuuden WAS mature, but now its back to revolutionary rebious teenagers owning the world, by learning techniques that normally takes over 10 years of practice in mere week, or aquiring MS without doing what is necessary to obtain it (killing best friend)
