This is just supposed to be the opposite of Most Hated Anime Character Of All Time.... greatest apologies if I cause offense to this.
Anyway, the characters I love in order (One Piece):
1) Buggy the Clown (this guy is so awesome)
2) Mohji
3) Richie
4) Dr. Kureha

3. Edward Elric (FMA)
4. Lelouch (Code Geass)
5.Van (Escaflowne)

Other I think are badasses
Blach Beard (One Piece)
Scar (FMA)
Nico Robin (One Piece)
Shanks (One Piece)
Aoi Kiji (One Piece)
Smoker (One Piece)

I just love One Piece and if you don't but you like Naruto or Bleach you're missing out on something way better.

2) Nami (One Piece)
3) Karen (Code Geass)
4) Urumi Kanzaki (GTO)
5) That sick rich milady from Hayate no Gotoku (dont remember her name, but she and her voice act rules)
6) Iria (Iria) - but dont know, if the anime would be lobger than 5 episodes + movie

Male - im not into guys, but if you ask weather there are guys from anime i would follow to my home (hell ok ?):
1) Zaraki Kenpachi (Bleach)
2) Madarame Ikkaku (Bleach)
3) Eikichi Onizuka (GTO)
4) Luffy (One Piece)
5) Lelouch (Code Geass) - even tough i hate that guy, he shares my point of view
6) Spike Spigiel (Cowboy Bebop)
7) Roronoa Zoro (One Piece) - but im the navigator lol
