Kaze man if the Dragon gets released here dont feel bad lol.......and know I highly doubt he has Vizard powers just cause it would make Ichigo.....no anyone beating him look bad

With him "developing" vizards and having that thingy stone, he can as well make both himself, Tousen and Gin a Vizard. Unless ofcourse all 3 of them are so developped arrancars that have so small skull its invisable and so well placed hole, wveryone thinks its natural for a "human"

Firstly, suck it SJ.

Secondly, one of the main points for him obtaining the hogyoku, is to give himself hollow powers, next would be to prefect his army of arrancar. Of course hes obtained, or going to obtain them at any time.
