My Manga Idea

I want to create my own manga so please people tell me what you think of my idea.

Wings of Darkness

Plot: In the late 1940's, The Russians were working on a secret weapon to use against the United States in the cold war. This weapon was code named E.A. *stands for elemental angel* The government was planning to use these weapons to annihilate the United States.
What they didnt count on was the fact that one had a personality. This was an error made by an employee who spilled a chemical into the E.A. creation mixture. The result, an angel named Myou Sangai. Who breaks free and feels duty to release all the other angels that arent slaves, and to find and kill whoever headed up the project, before they get him first.
Manga Violence Rating: If you rate it TV style i would rate it TV-14.

Im still trying to find the best program to make it on my computer, if anyone knows a good program please tell me, and of course comment on my manga idea.
