there goes the confusing part.
In ANIMe, ace says something like "a fight between fire and smoke is meaningless"
while in the MANGA, he says "I'm fire, your powers don't stand a chance against mine"

I'd much prefer manga version to be true

I read OP manga before watching anime, so I could get the real story
just watched it so I could see it's awesomeness in colour and better action

and pika pika no mi easily takes it for me
