well in one movie there was a zero tail and than there are now a 10 tail

Yeah but the 0-tail was more of a pseudo-bijuu. And it was in a movie so it isn't canon.

There's really no confirmation either way in the actual movie, it's just that it's unlike the other bijuus

the Reibi says it will alway come back if war and darkness was in people so it regular bijuu

Lulz, that's only been said about the Kyuubi what I've heard. And other Bijuu have unique chakra abilities and near-unlimited power in themselves, while the Reibi uses other people's "dark chakra" and stuff.
