but just to let you know its ecchi but the ecchiness dies down alittle as the show goes on

Chaos Head (possibly still in process of viewing)

busou renkin is another good one (loved this series)
Darker than Black and Baccano also have some romantic ties to them (tragedy and comedy wise).
if you're ever in mood for a comedy try Seto no Hanayome.
