in the manga in the turn back the pandelum arc the pre vaizards were the captains and vice-captains and they turned into vaizards due to their "hollowfication" and aizen with gin and tosen were there already when urahara arrived to the scene, and tosen was the one who killed the 9th squad people. and when shinji was in the middle of his hollowfication, he was like damn mad and aizen said that anger speeds up the process which could meant that he knew alot about it.urahara wanted to destroy the hougyouku because he didn't want aizen to get to it? another super soldier? then who were the firsts? aizen? and his 2 friends? why would he help ichigo? maybe he did want to use him, or wanted to help him, maybe he thought his own strength wasn't enough? and wanted ichigo to do somthing? and just at the ending of the turn back the pendelum arc, the vaizards said they were indebted to urahara AND aizen. beacause?

A lot of questions to answer. Remember though, this is all just theory.

I believe that he didn't bring Rukia with him, and just took the thing out of her, because he had no need for Rukia, just the Hogyouku.

About your first point, maybe Urahara was off doing something else. Hihgly doubtful though. So you've popped another idea into my head.

Maybe Urahara contacted Aizen after all those incidents and came to a compromise. I mean, how coincidental that Urahara is the only one outside of Hueco Mundo that can has that much knowledge about the Garganta (pathway to HM). Using the Garganta, he got Captains from Earth/Soul Society into HM, and unluckily enough for the Captains, they got locked in because they didn't have a Garganta portal from the inside out.

And how would Urahara not want the Hogyouku? It is one of the most powerful objects in existence. Maybe he is leading a revolution against the King, and is stealthily powering everyone up with the Hogyouku. A lot of ex-captains were taken through the process of Hollowification, and Ichigo as well. The super Hogyouku juiced Espada are also now brought about into existence. I'd call this a super army. And once Urahara has the army he wants, he will brainwash them. Then war will occur.

Again though...this is all theory...

lol at brainwash. I put a spoiler tag as I thought that people who were reading this might not had read the manga, soo, spoiler tag.

Oh yeah the captains who were in Hueco Mundo said that the only person who knew enough was Urahara. Which meant that he studied it, and could meant he used it before?


Something I'm wondering about:
Prior to the espada being in HM beefore Aizen came, i think one of Nel/Nnoitra's flashbacks included Nnoitra killing lots of hollows, and said his "reason" was because the hollows didn't support Aizen, so he killed them (probably for fun). At that time, nel was in her true form, Aizen took how long from the time he went into HM to the time Nel was kicked out? In the anime and manga, Nnoitra states that it had been years since she was kicked out of HM, but the time when Aizen went into HM to the time Nel was kicked out, it couldn't be more than a year, as in the manga Urahara/old man "predicted" the "upcoming" battle would be in the winter, so from the time during the rescue rukia arc to the present, it would be either been many years or less than one year. I'm very confused.

Although, the Hogyouku. What is it made of? Why can't he make another one for himself? And usually when people make something, they also make something to counter it in case some thing goes wrong. Like a detonator? heh
