thats with the arrancar but what about the vaizards, there all humans so im just confused with it lol

No the hogekyu works with either shinigami or hollow, like I posted before, it breaks the barrier between the two.

Ichigo never broke the barrier nor did the vizard. They all came prepackaged with a hollow... Aizen infected the vizard with a hollow formula, and Kisuke saved them from becoming hollows.. Thus leaving them exactly like Ichigo, a shinigami with a hollow attached to their souls. On the other hand, the hogyku, breaks down the barrier between shinigami and hollow. You dont need an extra being inorder to obtain hollow abilities, and vise versa.
