Tousen put him in charge of watching Wonderweiss. They're hanging around in HM. Yammy will get anxious and will come to Karakura, they will meet up with Urahara and Yorouichi.

Yorouichi will fight Yammy, Urahara will fight Wonderweiss.

Yorouichi will own Yammy, but Wonderweiss was a vasto lorde, so he'll lay the smackdown on Urahara, and we might see some Isshin/Vizard action to save the day.

That's all just my theories and predictions, but sounds plausible to me.

Yep that sounds like a good theory to me, how did you find out that Wonderweiss was a vasto lorde?
is it because the size of the zanpaktou suggesting he has more than average reiatsu

I didn't find that out, just part of my theory.

He was humanoid looking pre-transformation. He was also the last arrancar created, and the ONLY one that was shown. His birth as an arrancar must have been important, or they wouldn't have shown it. And there is no reason to keep creating weak arrancar, so it stands to reason that the last one created would be the best, probably a vasto before arrancarization. Plus he showed some intense power against Urahara.
