Yes he is lacking intellect (he may be childish yet he appears to be about 15 years old) He may still a be genius. Intelligence is different from such things as being able to understand music. Although he can not be considered the perfect specimen seeing as he is only a 'prodigy' in one field. an ideal specimen would have no need to learn or behave like a dog to Tosen.

ANYWAY where is yami?

Well since this thread's here and in the character directory I say someone changes the title to Character Discussion - Yammy (Spoilers) and hopefully we'll learn some new things about him in these upcoming chapters.
