there's not many sword fighting anime's, but anime such as black cat, yu yu hakusho and flame of recca might interest you a bit.

how about onimusha??its a nice movie.

early seasons of inyuasha had some awesome fights ...... Hellsing is deff up there with the action .....bleach of course.....No gash bell from what ive watched so far has good fights as well ....idk if that helps or not
