Yeah Sasuke will probely win since he's already learn everything from Oruchimaro and seeking his bro. and he knows how strong his bro. is so he just wouldn't go fight him if he knew he was gonna loose

Sasuke is not evil as you guys have them as, he actually haven't killed a single soul, everytime he trained with oruchimaro he never killed a single ninja nor did he kill any of those other guys that had the cursed seal on when he went to search for Juugo, he actually order his team not to kill a single one

Highly doubt it there has to be a winner, this has been Sasuke goal since the very first episode and he's been training up untill now for this moment he's prepared and will kill itachi.
