Yamamoto would put up a good fight but he would be struggling to not look at his blade the whole time. So it's most definetly Aizen.

Aizen, because only the main charcter can beat antagonist's.  Really though, because I dont think Yamamoto is as stong as everyone believes him to be. Even though it was a filler didnt the Captain Amagi one-up him?, and Ichigo stepped in. If he was truly powerful he would have stopped Aizen from leaving, but he didnt. I mean Aizen basically looked down at him at him the whole time he was escaping saying " Someone stop me, I dare you". No-one could and everyone who tried got their collective asses handed to them.
