I'm gonna go with episode 25 when hughes gets killed by humunculus, at the funeral when his daughter is cryin and doesn't understand that really got to me :'(

The episode where Tucker transmutes his daughter and his dog into a chimara and Scar destroys it is probably the saddest....a close second would be Ed killing off Sloth (the homunculus resembling his mother)
