a little storyline iv been thinking about and i finally put some of it 2 paper

Chapter 1 the end at the beginning


In an empty warehouse, the monk sat cross legged with his hands pressed together in prayer. he is wearing a traditional orange robe hung over his right shoulder. a light starts to glow from his forehead, it forms the Japanese kanji for Kami (God), He slowly opens his eyes and says "i will do as you ask, Kami-sama"

Later that day

it is 3:00 and the monk has made his way to a large new years celebration, he is carrying with him a wooden staff and stone beads. their is a band performing on stage, he walks in the backdoor and makes his way up the stairs, two men walk over telling him "you have to leave, this area is for authorized persons only." he carries on walking straight on to the stage. The band stop playing, thousands of eyes glaring at him. The Crowd start booing and throwing things at him.
"get off the stage!"
"what the hell man?
"what’s with that tattoo?"
but he just stands their without so much as blinking, it's 11:59:43, the tattoo starts glowing once again. The Monk utters but 4 words "this is Kami's Realm" and at exactly 00:00:00 on the first of January 2020 he thrust the staff into the floor, a pure white light radiates from him, the light grows to consume first the stadium, then the city, then the country and eventually.

ok what is supposed to happen after that?

were are the characters and where is the manga heading to?
This is good for the first 10 pages or so for the first chapter. The first chapter usually ends with the start of the manga. I think you should work more on it.
