she has to be strong, since she is well respected by everyone, though beeing.....well...at least looking a lot younger than the others.

I think it'd be funny if Yachiru was actually more powerful than Kenpachi and could use Bankai then replaced him as the 11th squad captain... but that would never happen, however amusing it would be.

Now I think about it though, Hitsugaya doesn't look that much older than her and he's already a captain.
