In that way he already sort of accomplished it. Sort of. he's become braver at least XD

I'm gonna have to say Nami's. although once she's mapped Raftel and the ocean around it, she's pretty far ahead of anyone else.

I don't think Ussops dream is that hard as many think.
At his hardest moment he will finally merge with Sogeking and thats it.

Pirate King and World Map making seems the hardest to me.

Franky dream still hasnt been fufilled yet. His dream is to make a ship that is able to reach one piece. We still dont know how the ocean is gonna be in the new world. I think luffys dream is the hardest.

Usopp, because there's no way to measure it. He's not done until he's satisfied with himself, which will probably be never.
