People that have it
Luffy - Gomu Gomu
Robin - Hand thingy
Chopper - His beast thing
Brook - His undead Thing
-------------------------
People that dont have it but you make it on your own
Franky - Cola Cola fruit (logia - turns anything into cola)
Sanji - step step fruit (able to step on invisible steps and can kick into another dimension and out anywhere he wants)
usopp - speed speed fruit - can control small projectile object's speed/impact
zoro - alive alive fruit - can communicate with those ancient swords he is collecting, and creates new techniques with them.
nami - gold gold fruit - can turn objects into gold and back

although this might not be a good idea cuz then if they sink, no one will be able to swim except maybe brook and franky (cola jet or smthn lyk that) oh and nami (turn water into gold)

I can't imagine zoro with one but if he did I reckon it'd be a Zoan type.

yeah... iunno i just kinda want him to collect all those swords and if he cud talk to them that'd be pretty cool too...
secondly this could add another arc in the story where they have to fight the demons inside themselves (the demon fruit demons) and then like... yeah they lose their powers or smthn.. but then yah... iunno.
