Other Manga Genres Recommendations Thread

This thread is for other genres other than Shounen and Shojo. Here you could recommend manga of genres including: Seinen, Josei, Psychological, Horror and so on.

So when a member wants to ask for recommendations, add another genre/category or an example (name of a certain manga) to allow people to recommend something close to your taste if possible.

And for the people who are recommending, please do the following:

-Name of the manga you recommend
-A little summary
-Where to read it

about an explorer who eats bolts. gets interesting when he suddenly after having eaten enough parts takes out a huge weapon from his right hand. an interesting guy with lots of mysteries to him. one of the best mangas i ever read.

i'll recommend it here as theres no much fighting in it. not your typical shounen manga. in the beginning it seems to be about a guy who wants to become a pro baseball player, but in actuality it's about this alien that he meets. he's the most idiotic super intelligent evil alien prince you'll ever find in a manga, and he knows how to make trouble for other people. things get pretty hilarious as the prince chooses earth as his new base for his favorite hobby; to make life as sour as possible for the people around him

Since for the most part it's comedy and sci-fi, i don't see a problem with it being recommended here ^_^

drama, mystery, possibly tragedy
a story in 3 chapters about an artist with a superiority complex, and the only journalist who actually manages to get close enough to him to get an ok interview. also about the doubts this journalist has about the artists personality, as he is cruel to those who go against him, but still has a really kind side too.

the same mangaka also did the manga birthday, about to boys who meet in hospital. one attempted suicide, the other has some serious disease. this meeting changes both their lives to the better, but it still ends in the saddest tragedy i ever read. contains very light shounen ai.

a different story about okita souji's last moments. recommended for anyone who's heard about the shinsengumi.
