Trigun...funny, and some good fights Cowboy Bebop...interesting, funny too Samurai Deeper Kyo/Samurai Champloo/Peacemaker Kurogane/Samurai 7...all of them on samurais, fights in every episode or so, funny with dark moments, MUST see! Black Lagoon (2 seasons) Baki (2 seasons) FMA (the 2 versions, you can't miss 1!!!) Gintama...essentially humour but there are some fights you have to see ![]() Don't like mecha? che, if you don't like Tengen (good recommendation too) try Fullmetal Panic anyway...it's more comedy-oriented than mecha but still good ![]() WHAT, HAVEN'T SEEN ONE PIECE ALREADY O__O !? Are you human? Jk, but yeah watch it, it's an excellent anime and please don't stop just coz it looks childish at first, there are excellent fights in that anime!Good luck choosing

I have your taste in anime too...except I don't care if it has mecha or not. And I appreciate the little intricacies that Kubo weaves into Bleach. A couple random animes that you might like are: The Tower of Druaga: The Aegis of Uruk and The Tower of Druaga: The Sword of Uruk. -This series is based off of an old dungeon crawler videogame, the Tower of Druaga. These are parts 1 and 2 respectively. Swords, sorcery, and dungeon crawling. I really liked these. Also, the first episode is more or less a joke, and some of the funniest shit I've ever seen. Episode 2 gets serious. Claymore -Chicks. With. Swords. Fighting. Demons. AND ALSO EACH OTHER!... On a more serious note, I don't know if you've seen this or not, but it wasn't on your list. Aside from the afore mentioned things, this anime is centered in a medieval world where creatures called Youma roam preying on people. The peoples' only defense against them is an organization composed entirely of half human half Youma female warriors, known as Claymores, named after the swords they wield. The protagonist Clare is one such warrior. I also recommend reading the manga, as this is one of those stories that is altered and ends way before the manga actually does. Much more to this story than meets the eye. The Scrapped Princess -Kind of a very random choice, and not entirely well known, it follows a princess who was thrown off a cliff as a baby for fear that she would become the destroyer of her kingdom by you guessed it, a prophecy. She and her 2 adoptive siblings travel the lands to find out why. Majutsushi Orphen -An older anime, but a good one. Follows Orphen, a sorcerer on his quest to find something precious that he lost. Any more is spoiler... The Twelve Kingdoms -A very long series, that is set at first in the real world, and moves to a mythical land divided into twelve kingdoms. Has a very deep story and world to get involved in, and alot of terminology to remember. Based off a series of chinese novels. Saiyuki, Saiyuki Reload, and Saiyuki Reload Gunlock -Um...I suppose this should be called a re-imagining of the old "Journey to the West" novel. Only with alot more demons...and fighting...and a monk with a gun. Follows the 4 protagonists as they journey westward to stop the ressurrection of Demon King Gyumaoh. Also, have you seen Inuyasha? 0_o Last edited by Mik; 11-19-2009 at 08:53 AM. |

Hokuto no Ken.... Pretty much is what your looking for its about Kenshiro, master of a 2000 year old assassination style martial art from china, called Hokuto Shinken (The Divine Fist of the North Star). Kenshiro is on a quest through the wasteland to become the true successor of Hokuto Shinken. Thing is at first he doesn't know he is on this quest... he starts off trying to find a man named Shin who has taken his fiancee Yuria from him... Shin is a master of another martial art called Nanto Seiken he is also one of The Six Sacred Fists of the South Star.... It's from the early 80's but ones you get passed the old skool animation it has a legendary storyline.... Oh yea and after you get defeated by the Hokuto Shinken style your head will explode from the inside out no joke!!!! If you watch the anime and really like it you'll be in luck because the just came out with 5 new movies and next year there coming out with a video game for the xbox 360 and PS3.... if you want to watch some clicps of Hokuto no Ken watch my sig videos i got 3 vids
